Quality Policies
It is the policy of Steel & Trucks, S.A. de C.V. and Stamping Steel & Trucks, S.A. de C.V provide products and services that exceed the needs and expectations of customers, within an effective and efficient quality management system in quality, timeliness, reliability and price, in addition to:
A) Provide a means of participation for all staff through the Lean Manufacturing philosophy, allowing a system of continuous improvement in our processes and services.
B) Establish training systems that contribute to personal development and competence.
C) Be willing to maintain permanent human, material and financial resources to cover the current and future requirements of clients and other interested parties.
D) Promote culture, art, sports and recreation with our workers and with the community.
E) Permanently support unprotected groups (assistance houses, associations and altruistic agencies).
F) Guarantee respect, non-discrimination and the legitimate values of our workers, clients, contractors and suppliers.
G) Seek and establish strategic alliances with globally competitive clients and suppliers.
H) Encourage technological development in all areas that allows us to respond to customer requirements consistently over time in a world of competition, through the development of state-of-the-art technology in our processes and machinery.
I) Establish registries, alliances and linkage agreements in matters of technological development with schools and institutes.
J) Permanently seek available government support to promote employment and long-term sustainability.
K) Optimize costs and increase global productivity levels.
L) Plan actions to address and deal with risks and opportunities that provide assurance so that the QMS can achieve its desired results
