Conflict Minerals Declaration
“Minerals in Conflict”, generated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighboring countries, are those derived from exploitation under the use of violence to finance armed groups in the region.
These conflict minerals are those established under Financial Reform 4173 section 1502 of the United States of America; which it considers: Tungsten, Tantalum, Tin and Gold.
Steel & Trucks is a company in which we ensure that all our products are free from the use of conflict minerals from the beginning of the supply chain, worrying about promoting to our suppliers and workforce the importance and the impact that is had in the use of these minerals.
